Beware of the hidden extras
6.0Location was excellent close to the tram line and harbour.
− Booking.com don’t cover the cost of breakfast despite booking for four people and including breakfast as an extra cost through booking.com I was told by the hotel staff that booking.com only cover 2 of the 4 people booked into the room and up to $30 per person$60 max. I had paid extra for lounge access as well but was told that was only for 2 of the 4 my daughters would be charged $100/day per person. So a family of fours one and only breakfast cost a staggering $280, I was offered $60 off the total. Despite paying more for the booking I decided to eat out for the remaining 3 days.
