5.0Le personnel était cordiale et agréable.
− Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, et malheureusement les problèmes se sont accumulés pendant toute notre semaine. Première grosse déception : les photos présentées sur le site n’ont absolument rien à voir avec la chambre que nous avons eue. On s’attendait à une chambre conforme aux photos, mais la réalité était très différente. Ensuite, la douche avec une porte entièrement vitrée dans une chambre familiale : aucune intimité, ce qui est particulièrement gênant lorsqu’on séjourne à plusieurs dans la même chambre. À cela s’ajoute une forte odeur d’égout dans la douche, vraiment désagréable au quotidien et qui donnait une impression de manque d’entretien. Le porte-papier toilette était cassé, et pour couronner le tout, le lit de l’enfant n’était même pas fait à notre arrivée. Pour une chambre réservée pour une famille, c’est franchement inadmissible. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, les draps étaient tachés à notre arrivée. C’est tout simplement inacceptable en matière d’hygiène et de propreté. En résumé : photos trompeuses, manque d’intimité, odeur d’égout, équipement cassé, lit enfant non préparé et draps tachés. Une accumulation de problèmes qui a complètement gâché notre séjour. Pour une semaine de vacances, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. Nous ne reviendrons absolument pas et je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
Good stay for 1 night
8.0Good hotel just cross over the main train station. Room was very small, the douche and sink are not in a seperate room but part of the main room. It is a budget hotel, so good enough for 1 night stay. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly, except the cleaning lady (maybe she had a bad day?).
− The shower wall would have been better made completely opaque.

1.0− Wir haben eine Portmonee mit Ausweis im Hotel vergessen. Direkt nachdem wir das bemerkt haben, wurde uns schriftlich bestätigt, dass sie es gefunden haben. Ein paar Tage ist es auf einmal nicht mehr auffindbar gewesen. Wir mussten die Bankkarte sperren lassen, einen neuen Ausweis beantragen und diverse andere Karten neu beantragen.

− Le doute sur la propreté du linge de lit. Réservation faite pour 3 et le 3 ème lit n’était pas fait, nous avons découvert plein de trucs crades sous le matelas.
