− Spazi comuni limitati. I tempi di attesa alle ascensori sono lunghi. Per la colazione (inclusa) ho dovuto chiedere aiuto a Booking perché l’hotel all’inizio mi ha chiesto di pagarla in loco
Clean property, good location, poor customer service
4.0Very conveniently located, nice rooftop bar, made note of our special occasion
− 3 small elevators servicing 40+ floors and long wait times for an open elevator, disappointing customer service (we were given the wrong key card and walked in on someone actively in the room, and had a broken hair dryer, called for a new one and were brought another broken hair dryer) and when they were faced with our issues they just apologized without any other attempt to make our stay more enjoyable through the multiple issues we faced
Loved it great atmosphere, great staff and amenities they really take care of their customers
10.0I loved it the complementary drinks for the first day and the staff and the amenities are exceptional this was the best hotel me and my family stayed at we will definitely come back again
