9.0Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi hotel op een top locatie in NYC.
− De schoonmaak van de kamer. Meerdere keren het bordje 'please clean my room' opgehangen op de momenten dat we een hele middag op pad waren. Desondanks is onze kamer de laatste 3 dagen niet gereinigd.
