7.0Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett. Frühstück war okay. Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
− Zimmer hatte starken Eigengeruch, musste immer erstmal lüften. Der Teppichboden hatte Flecken, die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr sauber gehen, aber hat schlechten Eindruck gemacht. Generell machte das Zimmer einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck.

4.0Das Hotel, die Lage alles ist top, ich war auch schon öfter zu Gast, aber nach meinem letzten Besuch wohl nicht mehr. Details siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen".
− Beim Checkout wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein zu hoher Betrag abgebucht wurde. Nachdem es sich um ein bargeldloses Hotel handelt wurde ich gebeten meine Kontonummer bekannt zu geben, man würde das Geld zurück überweisen. Das ganze ist nun 14 Tage her. Bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückerhalten. Auf meine Booking Nachrichten wird nicht urgiert und ich habe bis heute die angefragte Rechnung nicht erhalten. Das Vorgehen ist leider absolut unseriös.
