Comfortable for the one night.
10.0Room was in excellent condition and very comfortably. We appreciated getting a room that was not a floor below the dancing and loud music.
− Parking was not convenient for self parking, and valet parking was very expensive.

In a world where most customer service is “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do for you” this was a pleasant surprise that good customer service still exists. Thanks again guys!

She went above and beyond to help me get my room together, and she made sure everything was taken care of. The view from my room was beautiful, and the entire experience was even better because of how sweet, respectful, and professional she was. Everyone else was also very nice and welcoming, but Ofentse truly stood out to me. I would definitely recommend her and would love to have her assist me with my future hotel stays.
