10.0El chico de recepción fue realmente amable y muy atento. Me ayudó muchísimo a resolver un problema de overbooking y, gracias a su disponibilidad y a su interés por encontrar una solución, finalmente pude quedarme allí. Era ya bastante tarde y, a esas horas, encontrar otro alojamiento parecía prácticamente imposible, así que su ayuda fue fundamental. Da gusto encontrarse con personas que hacen su trabajo con profesionalidad, pero también con empatía, poniéndose realmente en el lugar de los demás. Muchas gracias por la atención y por la ayuda recibida.

− En el baño habia hormiguitas y el aire acondicionado (apagado) hacia un zumbido que no dejaba descansar bien. La puerta de la habitación chirriaba un poco, y si amaneces muy temprano, molesta a todo el mundo.

9.0Calidad precio muy bien, todo limpio y lo necesario para pasar la noche antes de salir en un vuelo muy temprano. Dormi bien, y muy barato, que era el cometido,
− Se escuchaba algunos ruidos de otras habitaciones, pero tampoco una cosa exagerada.
