Better valued hotels nearby….
5.0Outstanding location across Wrigley Field and amazing lobby area. Hotel staff were wonderful, respectful, and courteous but limited in providing the best treatment for their guests.
− Stayed in 3 hotels on Chicago and by far the Zachary, Tribute Hotel was the most disappointing for the high cost. The hotel lost its boutique charm and special guest treatment. Arrived at 3:30 for check in, which is 4:00 pm and the room was not ready until 4:30. As a guest, the lobby area needs reservations where to sit which is along the back wall and not the best location in the lobby. Went back to the lobby after the Cubs game and brought a Chicago dog from Wrigley Field since the bar stops serving food after 10:00 pm to snack on with my beer. Staff said I couldn’t not eat it in the lobby, doesn’t make sense. Slept better at other hotel nearby.

Great gameday stay but I think they use that to up their price!
4.0The convenience of being right next to Wrigley Field was awesome, but for the same price of the Ritz and Carlton with the only amenity being free ice/2 bottle waters, not sure the value is substantial enough to stay again. You still have to pay for valet on game days because they close their public parking and breakfast would be a nice plus!
