Hiçbirşeyi fotoğraflarla alakası yok ve personel çok kaba resepsiyon da duran NERİ dil bilmiyor söylediğimizi anlamıyor.

− Tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Sinekler vadisi gibi heryerde sinek bokları var duvarlar sinek boklarıyla dolu odalar pislik içinde sinekler sürekli sizi ısırıyor ve çözüm sıfır klima kötü. Eşim hamile dedim 2 saat erken giriş yapabilir miyiz dedim. Malesef bizden para aldılar zorundaydık eşim hamile olduğu için parayı vermek zorunda kaldık patron a sordu NERI Yardımcı olmadı sineklerden eşim yatamadı ve orda kalamadık 1 saat sonra otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Çünkü pislik içindeydi havlular herşey çok pisti. Ve bizden aldıkları erken giriş parasını istedim kalamayacağımızı söyleyip Malesef vermediler. Eşim hamileydi. Tüm çalışanlar patron dahil hepsi kaba hiç yardımcı olmuyor kimse asla inanmayın. Sinekler vadisi sinek boklarıyla dolu hotel fotoğraflara aldanmayın.

Not anything like the photos. Go somewhere else. This was a time share swap out, we were told it was a boutique hotel. Translation dump. Upon arrival I thought I was in the wrong place because the main entrance is next to a porn shop. Wrong. The front desk told us 50$ for an early check in, it was 30 min and the room was ready. The promised breakfast was taken away from us I don’t know why. The quaint pool is about the size of 3 king sized beds and very shallow. It is shared with the bar next door and anyone can go in it. One small threadbare towel is provided per person. Locals take their young children there. AC barely works in the bedroom. Shower head is so bad it gets everything in the area wet except you. The drains backed up and onto the floor after a 5 min shower attempt. Furniture is old and beat The rooms aren’t clean either. I’ve been to nicer Motel 6’s in New Jersey, for a fraction of the price.

− El personal molt esquerp i gens amable. No ajudaven, al contrari, posaven pegues. L'esmorzar estava inclòs, doncs només incloïa cafè o tè, i no ens volien donar ni un got de llet pels nens, vam haver de discutir-hi... A més l'allotjament ple de mosquits a tot arreu, a les habitacions exagerat.

C’était super!! Nous y retournerons.

Amazing apartment, great location and enjoyable stay!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, one of the best I ever had, considering the price. I was in the master double bedroom suite, which was very large, with a bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. But what surprised me the most (which wasn't in the description of the room) was that I had a huge private terrace all for myself! The apartment was in great condition, I loved the decor. It had a fridge with a freezer which was key considering the hot temperature outside, so I could stock up ice creams and cold drinks. There was AC and also 4 ceiling fans, which made it very pleasant. The location was perfect, in a super safe area just round the corner from Avenida 5, with so many options for shopping and eating, and a supermarket just a few seconds away. The ADO bus station is just 12 minutes away Just a couple of things, which did not affect my score as my stay was very enjoyable: 1. The breakfast is served in a cafe' next door, which was very good just there were only a couple of options free of charge: an omelette or a chilaquiles, whilst in the room it said that waffles were also an option. I am not used to salty breakfast and in any case I got a bit bored of eating the same thing after a few days, it would have been nice to have a few more options, including some sweet ones. 2. The apartment has a stove and a microwave, however no cutlery, plates or pots, which would have been very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in Cancun!
