Hôtel parfait comportement personnel de la piscine à revoir
10.0− Le personnel de la piscine. En particulier un employé derrières ses lunettes qui donnes 8 serviettes à mon fils adolescent sans jamais nous proposer de l'aide. Le volume de serviettes était tellement imposant que mon fils a fait tomber deux cannettes sur le sol. Non seulement cette personne n'a pas proposé de nous aider. J'ai ramassé les cannettes avec sa college qui est finalement venu certainement gênée par la scène mais il était excédé par ce qui s'était passé alors que le soucis vient de lui. Dans un hôtel 5 étoiles on ne se comporte pas de cette manière jeune homme. Une caméra sur la droite à certainement filmé la scene mais pas le visage méprisant de cette personne nous a mis très mal à l'aise!
