− Tivemos vários problemas durante a estadia, incluindo uma caução de 150€ não mencionada no anúncio, dificuldade em entrar no prédio às 4h da manhã (onde não foi prestado qualquer auxilio), uma barata no apartamento, falta de eletricidade num dos dias e elevador avariado. Dois carregadores de telemóvel ficaram danificados após um pico de tensão gerado pelos problemas elétricos

− there was no internet connection for 2 days in our 4 day stay. even after repeated complain it took two days to restore the internet connection and resume the lift service.
