− I didn’t receive the king one bedroom suite I paid for, they gave me a queen one bedroom room instead, the room had a terrible odor, and the shower was disgusting. I went to the front they gave me a queen room, it was a lot better than the first one.

NO DORMI AHÍ PUES NO ESTABA MI RESERVA PAGADA CON UN MES DE ANTICIPACIÓN.
1.0Cuando llegue al aeropuerto y reporte mi llegada , NO fueron por mi. Al intentar hacer checkin, no estaba mi reserva pagada desde 4 de julio, estuve hasta las 2am del día siguiente resolviendo el tema con ustedes. Espero la devolución de mi dinero.
