10.0فندق ممتاز وموقع جدا قريب عند كل شي وقريب من محطة لندن برج وانصح فيه كذالك يوجد قوه وبعض الكيك 24 ساعه مجاني وهذا شي جيد يوجد قريب الفندق مطاعم حلال عربيه وبقاله
− طلبت تمديد ساعتان فقط وتم ارفض من الاستقبال واخبرني كل ساعه 20 بوند
I would avoid staying here in the future.
1.0The only decent thing in the hotel is the breakfast.
− The maintenance of facilities in the hotel is much below expectations. The room smelled musty as I walked in. The water pressure in the bathroom specially the shower is very low so it takes along time to have a decent shower. The housekeeping is sloppy. They only clear the bins and give you new towels. They don’t clean properly .

7.0Nothing exceptional. Staff is friendly but the rooms are not as big as they look in picture. bathroom is tiny. do not expect a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is complimentary and good. there is inhouse laundrette that is quite cheap but takes a long time to wash and dry.
− Location is not very great if you need public transport. average facilities. pretty expensive overall. nothing comparable to the other mariott properties.

− V noci byl v koupelně velmi hlučný větrák. Naštěstí ho zaměstnanci dokázali vypnout
