Spacious apartment

− The windows cannot open more than a few centimeters which limits the airflow in summer

From the desk staff not always being at the desk and not knowing much about getting around in Amsterdam to the rooms not having air conditioning or even sufficient fans (This is especially dangerous and irresponsible for older people and babies staying there.), the hotel leaves much to be desired. Not all the bedrooms have places to hang clothes, windows don't open and close, instructions for using appliances and bathroom tubs are inadequate, dishes are chipped, staining chairs, and the gym was not cleaned daily.

Gute Lage.

− Ausstattung Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben. Statt Kingsize Bett nur 160 cm Bett. Studio nicht sauber. Zu wenig Ausstattung in der Küche. Es ließ sich nur 1 Fenster minimal öffnen Studio dadurch schlecht belüftet.

The location and the facilities in the room. Rooms size comfortable

− We were disappointed by several aspects of our stay: The windows were in poor condition and could only be kept open with a small wooden stick provided by the property, making proper ventilation difficult. Although a fan was provided, it was so noisy that it was only possible to use it for short periods. There was no air conditioning, and with temperatures of around 29°C, the room was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. The towels were old, worn, and clearly in need of replacement. The French bed was too small for two adults and did not provide a comfortable night's sleep. Our ground-floor bedroom was located directly in front of a giant outdoor chess set. This offered very little privacy, and when other guests played there late into the evening, the noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

這一次的家族旅遊，我們訂了三間公寓，對於我們的需求，飯店盡可能的協助，真的非常感謝，讓我們一開始就有很好的印象。附近有大型超市、廚房應有盡有，讓我們可以在飯店煮飯用餐。飯店鬧中取靜且交通方便，是來阿姆斯特丹的住宿的好選擇。

− 餐椅有明顯的髒汙，不過瑕不掩瑜。

الفندق اقل سعر من باقي فنادق امستردان ، مع انه اوسع واكبر ، كنت مسافر بروحي لمدة اسبوع ، الغرفه عباره عن غرفة نوم منفصله صاله معيشه كامله حمام خاص ومطبخ خاص ، الطاقم متعاون جدا جدا

− صحيح ان الفندق يعتبر في سنتر امستردام لكن يبيله شخص ما عنده مشكله مع المشي او يعرف طريقة استخدام الترام ، المشي 20 ظقيقه للسنتر ، الترام اقل من 5 دقايق للسنتر
