Nice hotel with weirdly designed rooms.
8.0Very large rooms and generally good service.
− The room furnishings and layout were weird. It was a huge room with massive wasted space, while the bed was jammed in a corner and I had to walk sideways to get into bed. There were two small wardrobe closest instead of an actual closet. Racks were too high. There was only ONE small drawer for storage in the whole room. Towels were small and not plush.
Overall, this hotel was very, very dice and very very clean. The staff was not overly pleasant. In the hotel is super ex

− Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We waited 45 minutes to get a room. We could’ve had a bite to eat but did not want to pay a mandatory 20% on the food.

8.0The room was clean and spacious. The ambience at the Charollette restaurant was great, drinks were good, food could improve. Some food items felt salty or oily.
