− The room needs some upkeep, divots in the walls, paint chipping, and the lampshades were extremely filthy with water stains all over them.

− The elevators were odd; guests can’t use them to go from the ground floor entrance to the lobby. Very inconvenient if you have luggage or are a person with a handicap. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The in-room A/C was not very cold.
