Bad service and not worth the money!!
1.0Location was conveniently next to train station which would be helpful especially those with children or elderly.
− We arrived a tad earlier around 1ish and the counter lady was unbothered, unfriendly and simply said come back at 3 without even hearing anything from us. Not professional for an award hotel at all. Asked kindly if we could at least leave the luggage and she was kinda hesitant but still did it anyways. Breakfast staff find it an offence when asked what type of sausage is served because there were no food tags/label on the counter. Maybe she was stressed but there was only one person before her to attend! Disappointed much!
