10.0The staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice and clean plus it was well appointed. The lobby etc was nice. The neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants was really the best part

Great hotel with luxurious rooms and helpful staff in the hotel.
10.0Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed with 3 pillows and a great comforter. Lots of drawers and closet that opened to both the hall and the bathroom. Nice seating and desk space.
− Service at the restaurant was slow. Orders had mistakes. Separate people bring the coffees and the meals so they can't confirm what was ordered.

Fabulous hotel for our long weekend Chicago birthday getaway
9.0The property and room were fabulous! We had a wonderful long weekend birthday getaway and would absolutely return. The front desk and lobby staff were all phenomenal! The only person we encountered that was less than pleasant was the rooftop hostess (did not catch her name). She treated us, and another couple staying a the hotel, very poorly. It was minor in the grand scheme of things - but overall incredible stay at the Viceroy.
− The rooftop hostess was far from hospitable and very rude to guests staying on the property.
