− Do quarto, cama ruim lençóis também, fora do padrão IBis, recepcionista desatenta, causando constrangimento no café da manhã , sendo que hospegem pelo booking tem código, o cheiro do ambiente estava desagradável.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization in order to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is in the company of his parents.
