− The pool. 2 things. The pool floor was very rough, both my children and I had bloody scratches on our knees and feet. The metal ladder to the pool was unstable and my elderly mother struggled (and me) to go down them. Breakfast was great and service, but lots of waiting time to get a table. more than 20 minutes one time
