− Tutto uno schifo,partendo dalla reception senza salutare,bar che non funzionava,chiave della stanza non apriva,puzza nel bagno,polvere ovunque,balcone non accessibile per sporcizia. E tantissime altre cose che adesso non ricordo,ma uno schifo e credo che le recensione che mettono sono persone vicino a loro. Dopo questa recensione sono stato contattato da un numero di cellulare 3491329080 che si è presentato come il responsabile della struttura di nome Crhistian dicendomi di cambiare la recensione in cambio di un soggiorno gratuito. Sono 3 giorni che mi sta tartassando.

10.0We really enjoyed our stay at C-Hotels Joy in Florence. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located. What made our stay even better was the amazing staff. A big thank you to Ousman, Christian, and Matteo for being so friendly, kind, and welcoming. You always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. It was such a warm and pleasant experience, and we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence!
