− Nel bagno i rubinetti erano talmente usurati che avevano completamente perso il colore, oltretutto la presenza di incrostazioni di calcare non può essere in linea con un hotel di quella categoria. Anche la pressione dell’acqua nel bagno era insufficiente. Non ti avvisano che da due mesi non hanno più il permesso dai vigili per giustificare l’entrata accidentale nella ZTL con la macchina! Fatto che può succedere! Eravamo tornati in questo hotel con un ricordo bella che purtroppo non è stato confermato. Hotel che cancellerò dalla lista dei preferiti

− Air conditioning wasn’t work well in the room, in the lobby it was non- existent. We were there at a very hot time and part of the stay were pretty unbearable

10.0Staff beyond incredible. I fell and needed crutches. They treated me like family. The facilities were extraordinary. Location too. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who’s going to Sicily and say they should go to Siracusa just to stay there. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in some of the nicest hotels. This is the best I’ve ever stayed in.

− Two small criticisms. The restaurant/bar is somewhat soulless. Our shower was discoloured and leaked badly.
