10.0Struttura posizionata a poca distanza da Ortigia la quale si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima pulizia delle camere. Colazione eccellente.

10.0The staff were exceptional; polite, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The rooms were immaculate and beds comfy. We were even given a free upgrade!! The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk into Ortigia, and off the main road so it was very quiet at night. It was also only 5/10 minute walk from the train station. 10/10 would happily stay again.
While the staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel shows some signs of aging.
7.0Hotel is situated a quick walk from Ortigia Island where most of the restaurants and bars are at.
− The initial room I received had all frosted windows making it impossible to see outside (room was facing an inner courtyard), this was not something that was specified in the description of the room. The reception staff was very kind and helped me switch to another room that had regular windows - still overlooking an inner courtyard. The rooms showed visible signs of wear an tear - like paint bubbling up from condensation in the bathroom and some of the fixtures had rust stains.
