8.0The ambience of the Hotel and the room size and style - very chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful on checkin and if questions raised.
− The air-conditioning system inn our room was dysfunctional and a new system installed asap for the price of the room - very disappointing - it made such an awful noise all night (and the windows were closed) I tried to turn it off completely, and endure the hot evening, but the system would not allow me to do so. Both my daughter and i had to sleep with anti-noise headphones, which still did not work. Very uncomfortable and I am amazed that another guest has complained prior to us.
