− O hotel, a estrutura , quartos bem antigos Para um hotel 5 estrelas falta bastante , formato de atendimento no bar , não marcam o que consumimos no número do quarto, sempre tem que está pagando , isso passa um pouco de falta de confiança em seus hóspedes , presenciei um senhor bem indignado com a forma de atendimento no bar e não tiro a razão do mesmo ! Não temos nada para nos amparar para utilizar a praia, café da manhã muito simples , nada fora do normal! Não me hospedaria novamente , acredito que por estes valores achamos algo mais auto nível ! Piscina não aquecida !

1.0Diría que la ubicación
− Reservé dos habitaciones para nuestra estadía en el hotel LSH y, lamentablemente, la experiencia fue muy mala. Las primeras dos noches fueron realmente malas. Se estaban realizando trabajos de asfaltado en la calle ubicada frente a las habitaciones, y el ruido era tan intenso que nos resultó imposible dormir. La primera noche, cuando presentamos nuestro reclamo, el hotel nos respondió que los trabajos ya habían terminado. Sin embargo, volvieron a realizarse durante la segunda noche. Recién después de esa segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación a una de la misma categoría. Lo más decepcionante fue que, a pesar de haber pasado dos noches sin poder descansar, el hotel no ofreció ningún tipo de compensación. Además, hubo otros problemas que afectaron la estadía. En los pasillos se percibía un fuerte olor a ajo y en las habitaciones noté olor a podrido. También tuvimos problemas con la ducha, ya que el agua se filtraba e ingresaba al cuarto. El servicio de limpieza dejó bastante que desear: una noche directamente no hicieron la habitación. En definitiva, entre la imposibilidad de descansar durante las primeras dos noches, los problemas de mantenimiento, los olores desagradables y el mal servicio, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. La gestión de los reclamos y la falta de compensación terminaron de empeorar la situación. No lo recomiendo y no volvería a alojarme en este hotel.
