7.0El hotel estaba bien ubicado y el personal amable. El desayuno tambien muy bien y el detalle de dejar agua y chocolate en la habitación para destacar. La habitación estaba bien, el único problema que tuvimos es que el detector de humo hacia ruido y si bien avisamos, no fue solucionado. La pileta es chica y no climatizada y el gym básicamente consta de dos cintas y una bici, esperaba un poco mas.
− No tiene gym, solo 3 maquinas ni tampoco tienen sombrillas ni reposeras para la playa.
A estadia foi regular , não acho que merece 5 estrelas .
7.0Atendimento excelente da Alicia da recepção( muito simpática , gentil e clara nas explicações ) Joel na garagem foi atencioso . Silvia da limpeza atenciosa também . Ponto positivo foi a quantidade de tomadas disponíveis.
− Toalhas limpas e trocadas diariamente mas já estão velhas . Banheiro precisando de renovar os rejuntes no chuveiro . Café da manhã farto mas regular . Não tinha travesseiro reserva ( só um pra cada cama ). Iluminação fraca tanto no banheiro quanto no quarto e elevadores .

2.0Buena ubicación y trato por parte del personal
− La higiene, pésima. Estaba todo muy sucio se percibe que tiene un cuidado muy superficial, incluso al llegar había migajas de comida y los muebles con mucho polvo, incluso las tazas disponibles para la cafetera sucias y con polvo, lo que indica que no se realiza cambios cuando hay cambio de huésped si por ejemplo este no las utilizo, en la ducha había una esquina hasta con telarañas y una pared de vidrio tenía marcas de manos, sinceramente en términos de limpieza fue una enorme decepción. Además se supone que tiene room service 24h pero intenté 3 veces realizar un pedido, me dejaban en espera y finalmente cortaban la llamada, fui al restaurante para comer ahí directamente y nadie en cerca de 30 minutos fue capaz de acercarse a atenderme, así que muy decepcionada

8.0La ubicación espectacular, al igual que el desayuno y la atención.
− La limpieza, hacían la cama pero la limpieza dejaba que desear( sobre todo en el baño )así como detalles de las sábanas, me pusieron una sábana rota, solicité el cambio y lo hicieron. No funcionaba el fregobar, reclamamos, a los dos días nos hicieron el cambio.

9.0La ubicación, el desayuno muy completo, la cama cómoda, buena ducha y la vista al mar.
− Faltaba mobiliario en el balcón para aprovechar la vista. Pedimos una ensalada caesar a la habitación y vino casi sin queso y olvidaron mandar el aderezo y los croutones. Hicimos el reclamo y luego lo enviaron pero no era muy buena.
