Guest review
1.0I have stayed in the hotel before and was right. I asked to change the date of my room reservation
− I booked the hotel asked for a change of date - chacked that the date of change has a similar price - Was said NO to the changed and was charged CH 300 - for not staying - I am a business traveller - Despite well planned sometimes changes arrised - I offered a fair for the hotel change an fair for me as there was availability and price was similar and it was said NO - I will not recomend this Hotel ( I am the sales director of the company I manage and most of my sales team travel to Zurich - I do not underestand the lack of flexibility -
