7.0Great location, just a cross the ols city wall. Nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast
− We were on our way to the hotel when we were notified that the air condition system of the hotel was out of order. Temperature in the city were above 40 degrees celcius. We were offered the option to free cancelation or to move to their other hotel. We decided to stay there hoping for a quick repair of the ac system which never happened. A free fan was offered..... We asked for an early check in which we were charged for! Although the room was already ready and available. No compansation of any kind was offered for staying there for 3 nights without a working ac system. So we decided to move to another hotel. Hotel staff was polite but not too friendly. They don't even greet you with hello on your way to the elevator unless you say hello 1st
