9.0Frontline personnel was amazing. Room and bathroom were wide and extremely clean and made you want to stay there. Pools were crazy good and had such a beautiful view in both, room and pools.
− Standing lamp was crashed on the floor when we entered the room for the first time. I called 4 times and they didn't actually come to take it out until the next day. Never got replaced.
