1.0− Opinión sobre mi estadía La experiencia fue muy decepcionante, especialmente considerando que pagamos más de USD 1,600 en total por 5 noches para dos personas por un hotel que se vende como 5 estrellas. Las toallas estaban viejas y ásperas, solo colocaron agua el primer día, no había cafetera en la habitación y únicamente dejaban una toalla de manos para dos personas según el Conserge Cómo política del hotel. Además, las cortinas estaban en mal estado y un día ni siquiera repusieron el gel de baño ni crema de cuerpo. El desayuno a pesar de ser variado estaba soso. El personal era amable pero jamás resolvieron ninguna de nuestras necesidades Por ese precio, esperaba un servicio y unas instalaciones de mucha mejor calidad.
