− When i moved in the bathroom was stinking badly a they had to change - took sometimes I pushed snd no action was taken to clean bathroom . I changed the room which they helped

A comfortable stay in a great central location, with lovely views over London.
9.0The hotel is compact but impressively tall, with 21 floors, if I remember correctly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view over London. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. We also really appreciated having access to the gym in the basement. The location is very central and convenient for exploring London.
− One of the two lifts was out of service on our second day, which made getting around a little less convenient. Body lotion in the room would also have been a nice extra.
