10.0I regularly stay at this hotel, as I frequently fly from Krakow, and it has consistently been a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient: close to the city center, the MDA bus station, the main railway station, and Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. The staff are simply exceptional, especially the lovely lady at the reception desk on the left (I feel terrible for not remembering her name!). Everyone is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. There is even an iron and an ironing board in the room, which is particularly convenient when traveling, as well as an umbrella, a small but thoughtful detail :) The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of dishes to suit every taste. I have also dined at the hotel restaurant several times. While the prices are slightly above average, the quality of both the food and drinks is excellent and well worth it. Overall, this hotel has become my home away from home in Krakow. It is definitely my first choice whenever I need to stay in the city, and I would definitely recommend it
