1.0The staff were friendly
− The room was not properly cleaned — we even found someone else’s dirty socks left inside, which was absolutely unacceptable. The shower next to the toilet was not working properly, and when we tried to use it, the bathroom almost flooded.

8.0We stayed here at the end of a cruise with my family. We were located on the ground floor, rooms were modern, spacious and clean. There was air conditioning which was needed during the time we stayed as the temperature in Rome was boiling. It is located quite centrally with an Uber costing €12-15 to key sites. There is a bus stop outside and a metro a short distance away. You can walk to the sites. There is a terraced bar which is pleasant. The breakfast was standard but very nice. I would highly recommend the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful.
