− No soundproofing, paper thin walls, whenever somebody opened the door to their room it sounded like mine was opening too, not clean, incredibly tiny room, no space to even open suitcases, promised empire state building views in city queen but it was not in sight, bed uncomfortable, roller blinds clunky, drawers falling apart, AC loud as hell. Rude staff. Somebody organized for flower delivery to my room through the hotel but hotel stopped responding as soon as they paid and never delivered the flowers. I am asking for a refund and they stopped responding to me too. Had to check out early.
Nice place but fix the ac sound issue
