− Peu de choses: déjeuner trop tôt en semaine : 9h à étendre à 10h … Des améliorations à proposer : * avoir deux chaises pliantes hautes supplémentaires dans l’armoire pour manger à 4 dans les appartements 4 personnes * au déjeuner, avoir un manager en salle pour gérer les placements de table à l’heure de pointe et les ravitaillements car même si l’équipe est travailleuse et efficace elle est débordée au moment du rush, il y a besoin de surveiller * avec un si beau rooftop, l’hôtel gagnerait à le mettre davantage en valeur, avec des tables et salons supplémentaires, quelques guirlandes et éclairages…
