8.0Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.
− We were not happy with the Urban Destination Charge fees. We were told that we could use these fees as credit towards meals, which we did. We were not aware of these fees beforehand and that we would be charged those fees for two nights, and that if we did not use those "meal" credits each day, that we would lose them. I asked the receptionist about this, and she stated that the policies were "on the website." These fees (total of $70) are a scam. We will not be staying at the Hilton-Brooklyn again, and would not recommend it to anyone because of these fees.

8.0This was perfectly located for our stay in Brooklyn. The rooms were very clean and there was a lot within walking distance to explore. The train was a short walk and the area felt safe.

8.0Great location in Brooklyn. Near trains, great restaurants and shopping. Walking distance from Cobble Hill neighborhood. Hotel room was perfectly fine. I hate that all hotels seem to charge you a $35 destination fee. It was hard for us to use— we wanted to get good coffee next door (check out White Noise), and the stuff in the store was mostly junk food.

10.0The staff was very helpful and available any time. It was in the perfect area for me as I was going back and forth from Brooklyn and manhattan. Food and some stores are walking distance as well as transportation. 10/10 recommend

10.0My wife and I spent a night at the Hilton Brooklyn on May 8th. The room met our expectation and the dining room was excellent. But even more impressive was the young man at the front desk. He was courteous and very helpful in getting our luggage into the hotel and the next morning having it picked up as we were going on a cruise. His help is the main reason I am making the effort to write this review.
