We had a wonderful stay.
9.0The room was spacious and very comfortable, which made a big difference for our family. The beds were excellent, and we really appreciated the welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and quality. The hotel's location is outstanding, making it easy to explore Rome on foot and enjoy the city's main attractions.
− The staff was always professional and efficient, but the service felt a bit automatic. A warmer and more personal approach would have made the experience even better. The hotel also doesn't offer leisure facilities, but given its excellent location, this wasn't a significant drawback.
