Good value but fairly basic accomodation. Fine as a base - we had much to do in Manchester
7.0Good coffee at breakfast and reasonable choice of food - though perhaps just a little expensive. Room small but clean and generally well designed with a good shower (but no bath.) Excellent location close to city centre and with a bus stop a few yards away. Leaflet with details of free daily guided walking tour of Manchester - which was excellent.
− Would have been better to have two stools or better still chairs. Banged our heads a few times on the bunk over the bed which we didn't use. Extra charge for kettle - though it was small.

9.0Good location that is about a 15 minute walk to the Northern Quarter. Friendly staff who were happy to provide a spare pillow and duvet on request
