Unter den Erwartungen und leider sein Geld nicht wert.

− Leider entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Die Einrichtung wirkt deutlich veraltet. Die Drehtür verfügt über keinen vernünftigen Stoppmechanismus, im Badezimmer hatten wir Schmetterlingsmücken und zusätzlich waren Flecken an den Wänden und auf den Sofas zu sehen. Einzelne Mängel können natürlich vorkommen, aber in dieser Kombination passt das für mich nicht zu einem 5-Sterne-Anspruch. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit, Pflege und Instandhaltung
