9.0We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent, right next to the aquarium. Everything was great !
− There were just a couple of things that could be improved. Since we were checking in in the evening, I was surprised to be asked to pay for one night in advance through an external payment link, especially as this requirement was not mentioned in the Booking.com terms when I made the reservation. I also expected a little more variety at breakfast and on the à la carte dinner menu.

9.0We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Florya. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location by the sea. We would especially like to thank our housekeeper, Fatma, for her excellent work and kindness. Our room was always perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. Fatma was very attentive and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. Her warm smile and thoughtful service made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you, Fatma, for taking such good care of us! You are a wonderful part of the hotel team. ❤️
