4.0− Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questa struttura non è stata positiva. La camera assegnataci non corrispondeva a quanto pubblicizzato sul sito. Le foto presenti nella sezione "camera matrimoniale" sono, a mio avviso, fuorvianti: ritraggono quasi esclusivamente la camera più grande e spaziosa , con mobili d’epoca e arredamento raffinato, mentre nella galleria sono presenti solo due immagini della camera più piccola, che inquadrano unicamente il letto, senza dare un'idea reale delle dimensioni. Come se non bastasse nella sezione sono presenti solo le caratteristiche della camera più grande (20mq) mentre la camera che ci è stata assegnata non raggiungeva nemmeno i 14 mq richiesti per una matrimoniale, e probabilmente era persino inferiore ai 9 mq di una singola. Il letto occupava praticamente tutta la stanza, rendendo difficile persino muoversi. Inoltre la cura dell’ambiente lasciava molto a desiderare: arredamento trascurato (armadio Ikea difettoso e basculante, minifrigo appoggiato a terra, mancanza di un poggiaborse), igienici datati e una finestra con regolatore dell'oscurante non funzionante. A tutto questo si aggiunge il prezzo, che ritengo eccessivo per quanto offerto. Per dare un termine di paragone, mia sorella ha soggiornato negli stessi giorni in un B&B sul corso, pagando circa 15 euro in meno a notte, in una camera molto più ampia, con balcone fronte corso, bagno rinnovato e doccia grande. Un rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente migliore, in una posizione che personalmente ho trovato più vantaggiosa.

8.0La struttura è estremamente centrale pur essendo molto silenziosa e confortevole. A disposizione degli ospiti c'erano sempre acqua fresca, tisane e caffè, molto apprezzati. Mariarita è gentile e accogliente, ci ha dato molti suggerimenti e supporto sulla città.
