I enjoyed being in Chicago.
4.0I liked the room and vicinity within Chicago.
− Finding the hotel was a nightmare with tons of traffic. It took me over an hour going in circles to be able to park to check in due to traffic. I had to pay parking $71/day. Service pets accepted but had to walk 3 blocks for them to potty. No complimentary anything.
Breakfast and bar sub standard
2.0Poor, cheap. Paid for breakfast and waffle was charged $14. This not the quality of 20!years of using Hiltons all over the world.
− Look at your breakfast menu a sin 1 piece of toast and 1 bacon. I paid for breakfast as an addition to my 2 night stay. Not complimentary as stayed on coupon.
