The room was lovely, The bed was comfy, The staff were lovely, And it wasn’t far from the Barclay centre. Also the roof top was amazing!

Your bathroom has molding or mildew in the sink. It is absolutely disgusting. The base of the wall has chipped paint and what looks like mold or mildew - that too was absolutely disgusting. There was black marks on the ceiling- how do black marks get on the ceiling and nobody clean it or paint. You guys need to do better.

− The staff were very pleasant. The valet attendant was very professional and helpful. The hotel was convenient to the Barclay center.

Excellent location, walking distance to Barkley centre, close to food fair who have great take way food and grocery shooping, walking distance to great coffee Deception, dunkin, was very satified with value and location, staff were great support and welcoming.

Absolutely nothing

− The bathroom was flooded upon entry into the room. Maintenance came up and flushed the toilet and it began leaking more at which the employee said he would be right back. I asked to be switched to a different room and was told they would let me know. So by this point the bathroom was fully flooded and the maintenance employee and his two colleagues came back in. I sat on the bed and watched TV while they worked which was awkward. They took the whole toilet off, mind you,walking in and out the flooding bathroom onto a fully carpeted floor and hallway. They used the same towels given to guest to shower with, to clean up the flooded sewage water that was coming through. I left and went to check out the jacuzzi near the pool, which was the main reason for me to book this place, only to see it have yellow water with brown rust staining in the grout that was just floating around. The “lifeguard” wasn’t even looking at the pool, just chilling in his phone. After they finished, nobody cleaned nor disinfected anything. I was told to call for house keeping to come up and clean. I was running on 3 hours of sleep and this was so shocking to experience and was extremely uncomfortable. The front def employee said they would send someone up to clean. I mentioned I needed to get ready for my event by a certain time and they said they would send someone up. I left for two hours and came back to get ready, only to see that the bathroom was never disinfected. All the brown toned flood water that was walked through, splashed through all throughout the bathroom into the main room, was still there. I was floored and completely disgusted. I used towels left to create a walkway from the bed to the shower. I got ready, went to my event, came back and checked out early and told the employee how awful my experience was and they said they would notify the manager, I left and still haven’t heard anything back. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life.
