3.0It was clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. The Elevator was fast and always available.
− Lack of full disclosure. Advertised on booking.com as includes breakfast. It does not, you get a credit at the. Snack bar where a bottle of water is about the same as a case at Costco. Your daily credit buys 2 bottles of water and nothing else. Over $100 in daily taxes. The Location is not that close to the wharf. Again, total lack of disclosure.

10.0Loved it here, super friendly and accommodating staff. Luis T. Was very helpful. The room was very clean, the hotel in general had great service, was super clean and pleasant. Check out at 12 was very helpful as well.
