Short stay for World Cup
8.0Short stay, but very friendly staff, breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean.

We had a great time staying in the Seaport area. The hotel was incredibly comfortable for a family.
9.0We stayed in a room with a full kitchen and we were very impressed by how spacious and functional it was. Better than some Boston apartments :)
− Unfortunately the pool was under repair while we were there. Using the neighboring pool was great. It wasn't a big problem, that's the only minor downside of our stay.

6.0The hotel is quite close to the seaport although really not in it. The rooms are new and quite comfortable.
− The check in process was fraught...computers glitchy and it was late ( after a pavilion concert). We wanted to see the seaport before the concert and there was no noon check in possibility. The usual 3 pm check in really doesn't work for this location.
Great place to stay near the Convention Center
8.0Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The valet guys were great. The front desk staff were all very nice. The housekeeping folks I saw in the hallway all said good morning to me, or hello in the afternoon. The room was very clean and everything worked as I expected. The AC was strong and cold. Everything in the room was laid out as one would like it to be on a business trip. However - the clock in the room didn't work at all. It wasn't a big deal but why have one if it doesn't work? A nd the WiFi was terribly weak in my room. It was stronger by the desk and the window, but unusable 10-15 ft away from the window. Better coverage is needed. If the WiFi worked, I would have given 5-stars
