− Enough towels. I booked for three adults and two teens. We had to call the desk for enough towels and sheets for the sofa bed.

Amazing staff — Lucia at the front desk made my day!
10.0I stayed here for a business trip and a speaking event, and the staff truly made the difference. A special thank-you to Lucia at the front desk: I came down after breakfast hours had already ended, and she still kindly made sure I got breakfast. Small gestures like that are rare and mean a lot. The room (King with sofa bed and view) was clean and comfortable, and the location in the Loop is perfect — a short walk to the river, the Riverwalk and Wacker Drive offices. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of its fantastic team.
