− I paid extra for a city view room, and I was literally staring at the wall of another building. I did not see the city and I paid extra for that.
Highly disappointed with hidden fees , being over charged, pack n play “crib” was broken. Completely unsafe for a 10 mon
1.0Tried to cancel my room 25 hours in advance and the hotel denied it.
− Said there was free breakfast and was charged $62.00 for a breakfast that was disgusting. We filled out plates at the buffet and left the table with the same amount of food on our plates because it was not good.
Convenience and Quality in the Loop
10.0On my tips across the Country,I always stay at this property. It is close to Union Station and convenient to the attractions of Chicago. Being in the Loop,it is a great location for Business travelers. The Hotel is clean,efficient and the service is excellent.
