I would stay here again.
9.0Hotel location was perfect for what we wanted to do... just steps from Michigan & Chicago River, Art Institute, etc. Room was spacious and nicely appointed.
− Was told room would be "cleaned" (fresh towels daily) but it only happened on the first day of our stay (3 nights). Would not have minded, and could have asked for service but when told the service would be daily, that is what I expected. As it was, the room was cleaned around dinner time and not earlier in the day.

− Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe auf Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck. Schlechter geht es fast nicht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ist aber dadurch selbst im 11. Stockwerk sehr laut.
