9.0The front desk staff is incredibly "quality, professional, and accommodating" focused (Rose, Murand, and Tracy) The Cleaning crew is exceptional and very proficient (Asa and Elizabeth) and the repair man (JEAN) is extremely knowledgeable and quick responding to any issues!! The staff here is what makes This Place a genuine and Gold Tier experience

If you rely on internet, avoid.
1.0The front desk people were very nice.
− The Internet was awful. I couldn't even do one web meeting because it was so slow. The Internet representative I tried calling to upgrade my network speed was unable to guide me through the process. He sent me to the front desk, which also wasn't able to help.
My stay was bad roaches and peoples there are digusting the front desk is bad
