7.0La ubicación era increíble, asi como el edificio, el personal y la habitación que se notaba que estaban empezando a reformar las habitaciones (el edificio es muy antiguo). Las camas eran comodísimas, con varias almohadas para elegir y el servicio de limpieza hacía un trabajo increíble. Les felicito por ello. Descansamos muy bien. El detalle del hervidor de agua, el té y galletas nos gustó mucho para tomar antes de dormir o incluso tomar algo ligero antes de salir a andar por Londres.
− El cuarto de baño. No estaba reformado y era una pena porque era muy grande pero estaba desaprovechado. La ducha era horrible y fue lo que baja toda mi puntuación del sitio porque jamás había visto una ducha tan antigua que además funcionaba fatal. Apenas salía un hilo de agua, fue toda una odisea poder darse una ducha. Deberían reformar los baños. Fuimos en septiembre y ya no hacía tanto calor (algo hacia) y el único sistema de refrigeracion era un ventilador antiguo. No aconsejo ir en pleno verano porque no se pueden abrir las ventanas para ventilar así que intuyo que será un horno. Alguna opción de ropa de cama mas ligera hubiera sido un buen detalle en esas fechas.

8.0This hotel is in a great location. Our room was cleaned and restocked everyday and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
− The beds were okay. The breakfast was good, but a little more variety from day to day would have been nice for those that stay more than a few days.
Stayed one night really enjoyed it
